dantd5 Posted June 8, 2008 Share Posted June 8, 2008 The days of rest are over.. The problem currently is on my td5110 99 model. Whenever I come up to 4th gear, there is cranking noise. Even though not bothersome nor high pitched, it turns to worry me a little. A stitch in time saves nine... like the good saying goes... I am actually suspecting the back axel needs some refill of oil or maybe oil the crank shaft... But i did the oil change only last November... Anyway despite my guesses I felt it wise to notify the big DONS of the forum for noble advices... Description of the noise... Grrrr GRrr blang blang kakakakaka...
