wkw90
Have a problem with my brakes , sometimes I have real good brakes and other times the pedal sinks to the floor , There is no loss of fluid , and all the wheel bearings are new . If it was the master cylinder would it not happen all the time ? Paul

western
could be a por seal in the master cylinder allowing the fluid to leak back through.

Beady
Hi, I've had that same problem on a previous vehicle , it was the Master Cylinder!
wkw90
Is it worth fitting a seal kit or, just best to put a new Master Cylinder on ?
Les Henson
Strip the master and inspect the bore. If it's smooth and shiny, with no ridges in it, then it's a safe bet that you can successfully rebuild it. This thread covers it - http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=5300 Les.
