66gaza Posted September 23, 2008 Share Posted September 23, 2008 Hi, are all the crossdrilled input gears also longer splines for more contact? could someone who has an LT230 handy with the crossdrilled I/P gear measure from the gearbox mating face to the start of the splines, I would be very grateful. JimAttrill Posted September 24, 2008 Share Posted September 24, 2008 I just happen to have one in the garage It's difficult to measure the internal length of the splines but by pushing a roll of paper in there and marking it with finger pressure, the splines look to be 72mm long.
