BogMonster Posted October 23, 2008 Share Posted October 23, 2008 Quite a few ... you could work it out (more or less) from VIN numbers if you can find the change points in a parts catalogue. I think you're talking roughly a couple of hundred thousand as IIRC they started from vin serial 900000 and presumably ran up to 999999, and then a new range started at 700000 and my D2 is 758xxx so that would be about 158000 of them and mine was nowhere near the end of the 02 model year as it was built in about January 02 I think.
