Young bobtail Rhys
Yes it would work as a 285 works out as around 11.5", however it would probably look as if the rim is too wide for that width tyre, so you would be best suited with an 8" to 8.5" rim. Young bobtail Rhys
I have fitted a 32/11.5 bff goodrich tyre to a 10x15 beadlock rim and it looked fine. The sidewalls were completely flush with the rim but it looked fine. I would still recommend an 8" to 8.5" rim however. This is what mine looked like,

Young bobtail Rhys
And also with an 8" rim the offset is just about right so the tyres shouldn't rub, but the 10" rim would cause more problems as it's huge offset would cause the tyre to rub more.
