red90 driver
Just read the info pack. Under 'Equipment Reccomended', is listed - Speedos. If anyone else thinks its going to be rather bracing weather in north Yorkshire in March, then the wearing of skimpy swimming trunks is not to be undertaken lightly!! I therefore reccomend / volunteer that my co-driver (who is rather better insulated then me) takes charge on any stages involving rivers and puddles... I'm going to sit in the truck with the heater on full blast, or rig up the driving controls so I can sit on the roof. Alternatively, i'm packing the sun cream!! Dave W
You obviously haven't heard of global warming, it's a well kept secret that there's always a heatwave in Yorkshire during March. Not sure Pam will be up for wearing speedos though...
red90 driver
You obviously haven't heard of global warming, it's a well kept secret that there's always a heatwave in Yorkshire during March. I was in Yorkshire yesterday, at Wharncliffe. Global warming was evident. Snow, hail, rain, sun, freezing north wind..... 4 seasons in 1 day!!! My speedos are a new type, 5mm neoprene, full body wetsuit!
