Idris
I want to fit some driving lights on the front of the roof rack for off road use. I intend putting a switch on the dash and a relay near the fuse box. Where is the best place to draw the main power feed from to go in to the relay and where is the best place to draw the power from for the switching circuit? FridgeFreezer
Power for the switch can come from almost any convenient +12v source as it's such a tiny current to switch a relay. Take the power feed to the relay from either the battery via an inline fuse (as close to the battery as possible) or if you have a spare fused position on the fusebox, take it from that. Idris
Thanks Was hoping you would say that about the power to the switch, plenty of choices on that basis. Will probably have to bring the power for the feed from the battery then. Gerald
