flatmajor Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 hi all, ive had a right nightmare woth my clutch. i took it to the garage as we were moving house at the time as the smaster and slave cylinders went, they fixed it then siad the pedal is stiff and wont budge, so mechanism on the clutch folk has worn through. ****, needing my disco for work, i asked if they could fix it, they siadf no. so if anyone could help me do it, id pay you. i ve been looking at les hensons post, it can be done like that but also ive been told you can take the engine out too. cheers mickey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BogMonster Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 why can't they fix it? it is only the same procedure as a clutch change and if a garage can't do a clutch change they probably aren't worth using! all you need is an engine crane to do it that way which is not exactly a specialist bit of kit and the rest is nuts and bolts and hoses Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
