Tom 200tdi Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 im struglig to fit the little plastic clip that holds the push rod in place .its on my diffender 90 with the lt77 box , what i realy want to no is,is there more than one type of clip becouse it just doest seem big enough for the rod to be in the indent and the clips to go in the slot i keep braking them. i dont like to admit it but im struglig. i would be greatfull for any help. many thanks tom Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
western Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 Only 1 part number for that clip FRC3327 in a LT77 gearbox clutch mechanism, same clip is used in the R380 clutch asembly, V8 has 576273 which looks different. fitting the clip with the gearbox fitted is very awkward as you've found, a set of long thin nose pliers helps & then a cable tie around it's lower area & clutch fork help to stop it falling out again.
