mickeyw
Windows 7 has a built in tool for it Nige, called the Snipping Tool (I think?). It lets you take a snapshot of anything on the screen (including Microcat running within Virtual Box) and save it to a file. Snipping tool is fantastic, don't know how I managed without it. I use it every day, very useful Anyone know of a way to use it on XP?
Retroanaconda
You can Alt + Print-Screen, which will only do the active window (ie. your emulation software). Then paste into MS Paint and save. That's how I used to do it in XP anyhow. Snipping Tool allows you to do it quicker
