Wildchris Posted January 1, 2010 Share Posted January 1, 2010 I have got a pair of 24 spline ARB locking diffs that i have taken out of one of my trucks efore i sell it, i'm going to build a whitbread spaceframe challenge truck out of a 300tdi auto disco. I never built the arb's im going to use so am going to rebuild them, ive not used arb's brfore, do the pinoin get changed in the diffs when they are installed? If not is this something that cancause a weak spot on the diff and can you get uprated ones?? also ids there anything to look out for when i rebuild them?? Jon White Posted January 1, 2010 Share Posted January 1, 2010 In short if you've never rebuilt them before get a responsible adult to do it for you, as they are not at all easy to set up properly and need to be correctly shimmed and adjusted.
