jmattley
Anyone here got an extra temp gauge thats accurate? If so, what are good ones to go for? I'm fancying a digital one. How does the temp gauge actually wire in since I've never took one out before? What live would it use and how does the send plug in? I'll be going for an aux pod on the dash to stick a boost gauge on as well i think. Any thoughts? Cheers. Maybe something like this DIGITAL WATER TEMP PERFORMANCE GAUGE/DIAL 52mm/2" on eBay (end time 24-Jan-10 13:53:24 GMT) Also, if I were to use another sender, where abouts would I put it? Anyone got pics of their own setups? Cheers!!

streaky
For accuracy you have to fit a capillery gauge. The sender will fit in line...usually in the top water hose. Electrical senders are pants and arn't accurate. Just because the gauge is digital doesn't make it accurate though....most racers will use Racetech or Stack. Going digital in the proper sense means spending around 150 quid with people like SPA Design. S.
