spigot bush pt no. (western)

I need to get a spigot bush for my 110 300tdi, paddocks only list ones for v8,s and rimmers only list one. both have different pt no,s. Wat is the right pt no please Also release brg, are AP ones ok, or should I go valeo or Britpart? or genuine! just changed tthe complete clutch, but not the spigot, now it squeals when cold when the clutch starts to bite' so its either faulty release brg or spigot bush, so I'lldo then both. (sounds like a dry bearing squeal. Also when re-assembling do you lube the bush, if so with wat? high temp grease? copper slip? cheers> Stumpy.

Spigot bush for Tdi's is 8556L but might be listed as LFB500050

I just applied a thin smear of wheel bearing grease to mine.

Thanks, wats the difference between the 2 bearings then, apart from a couple of quid. is it worth paying for genuine or not. cheers.

Difference in external & internal diameters to match the crankshaft hole & gearbox shaft. I'd use a genuine one,

Thanks Ralph. I ended up ordering from Rimmers as the two combined with postage was about £7 cheaper1 Thanks all the same. Went for genuine.
