henk
I installed longer shackles at the front of my SWB but it looks if the front propshaft is at his maximum length (62,5cm) so I have some questions: 1. Would a defender propshaft fit and if yes which one? 2. What about putting a 15mm spacer between the transfercase and the propshaft? Extra advantage is that propshaft would hit chassis 'later'. Jon White
You're into custom high angle propshafts I'm afraid - nothing off the shelf will fit. I'd shy away from spacers, as what you really need on the front of a series is a longer propshaft, no a shorter one, as the U/J's bind up otherwise as it runs at too much of an angle. You have also corrected the castor angle I take it if you've fitted longer shackles, and made sure that your brake hoses are long enough? henk
Length of the hoses will be tested next week Maybe I can adapt a double cardan of a 90 to fit
