Davecrx Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Hi i'm just about to do the boot floor in my disco but i've found out that the rust have attacked the front lip which the floor panel is welded to. keithjh Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Hi Mine was the same all the lips were goosed, what i did was use 2 pieces of angle iron, one piece fitted all way across, i think that was 25x25x3mm, then a piece of 12x12x3mm welded to that to make a "Lip for the floor to sit on. They also have repair panels for the boot floor sides.
