andyandlew Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 hi, from my days in the REME i seem to remember that the base colour needs to cover 3/4 of the vehicle, and that the other colour (remaining 1/4) needs applying in such a way as to break the shape up.ie across corners or up and over roofs and sills. Hard to explain, if i find a pic out there ill post it.There is bound to be something official out there to confirm or deny what I've said. Dont forget to achieve the genuine army finish use 10 year old paint, applied with a yard brush whilst suffering from a hang over.Oh yea, and dont forget not to wash the vehicle first.
