royaub Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 Hi folks I'm having a problem with opening the drivers side door from the inside. When you pull the release catch it pulls the locking catch down. If you hold the locking catch up and then pull the release catch it opens ok. As my MOT is due in July I need to get it fixed. mmgemini Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 Two things can and do happen The plastic bit at the top back of the door where the internal lock is can pull/ bend inwards causing sluggish working. The internal door catch for some reason moves. I must do my passenger door but I bang the front of the catch to the door and it works, sometimes for a long time.
