JST Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 Hi There, looking at a 300tdi auto, i notice there is a either a temp sender or a temp switch located in the pipework for the gbox cooler enroute to/from the gbox oil cooler. teabag Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 Is it a sender or a switch, it's a thermostactic switch that via contacts illuminates a dash light when a preset temp has been reached therefore has sent this information to the driver.
