western
might be a loose clamp or a split in one of the hoses.
sargejnr
that wont be so bad, can i do damage driving on with it whisteling?
western
the noise will be more annoying, but it could pull airborne dirt in, best to sort it as soon as possible.
JohnL
This happend to my 300Tdi recently and it was the hose worn through by rubbing on the adjacent breather elbow. In your case it could be the same, a spilt or loose clamp. Worth fixing as you'll be loosing power but it's an easy job. Cheers, John
