peterdon Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 I don't think it is the spring, if it was, the interior lock button would come up and then drop down again. Possibly the linkage has come off the lock. Here is a pic of mine when I was changing the spring it may help if you take the door card off and compare. leon_81 Posted June 11, 2011 Share Posted June 11, 2011 Does yours have a factory fit alarm? Mine does and the parts that connect the actual lock barrel to the rods going to the latch mech are in 2 parts. 1 turns the other. On mine, the part attached to the lock barrel had snapped, meaning when the key turned it didn't,so didn't move the other one to pull/push the rod Hope that makes sense!
