trt1617
Afternoon everyone Does any one know if a 300 tdi pas pump is rebuildable? If so where can parts be brought from and are they worth doing? Just noticed there is about half an inch of movement forward and back on the pully so im guessing there is something quite wrong inside!!! thanks
Orgasmic Farmer
Just bought a genuine ZF pump for the Disco 300 and was about £70. On removing old one found a loose jubilee clip on a pipe which probably accounted for the oil leak rather than the seals as I thought. I know the 200 ones can be rebuilt but don't know for the 300's. Les Henson
I tried to source parts to rebuild one, but no luck at all. This was about a year ago, so things might have changed. The bearing, bush, and seal may well be able to be matched up, but the gasket is the biggest problem. Les.
saxosportsaxo
I have just recently had fun and games with my PAS pump on my 200 tdi defender... A unique pump just for the
