doda456 Posted July 23, 2011 Share Posted July 23, 2011 Un plug electrics, either as mentioned or the rubber sleeve(s) in hinge area is easy to prise off to and find the connections, and then just unbolt and lift off, but watch out they are very heavy. 15kg or so When i swapped a door i took off the wing as well because it made access to the hinges really easy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pw8757 Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 When you put it back on - keep a close eye on it until you re-fix the retention strap...........I managed to let mine foul the front wing and that caused a vertical crease that was a bu**er to fix!
