western
seal is attached to the door bottom like the 300tdi/td5 vehicles.

ajh
It is not the seals I care about, I have seals. What I need to see is what the sills look like, I donot have any sills at all right now and nothing to compare with for what they should look like. western
Ok, sills are just bolt on panels that fix below the bodyside frame channel, page 763 to 768 for 110 station wagon door sill panels & fixings.
ajh
No, those are sill panels, what i am after would fit on the top of the bottom rail of the t-post and cover the outer edge of the seatbox/flooring. A photo with the door oen would give me exactly what I need.
western
that'll be the mat finisher strips then, only 2 on a 110 on the seat box sides. item 3, page 949 found this photo of the strip fitted
ajh
Could someone with a 2007 or newer please take a couple quick photos of the area on the floor just inside the doors so I can see what the sill-covers (carpet retainers, etc) actually look like. I don't have access to anything new here and need to fabricate a solution next week.
western
Those cover plates are not fitted to vehicles after chassis number KA924784, so you will not find any for a 2007 Defender, unless you decide to fit the earlier parts in my link above. Steve King
If the sills are not fitted or have been removed, you could consider fitting tree or rock sliders...
western
If the sills are not fitted or have been removed, you could consider fitting tree or rock sliders... we are talking about the cover plate at the ends of the seatbox, not external sills
