white90
I replaced mine today. a few tips: remove viscous fan remove plastic radiator surround then with a pair of water pump pliers holding the PSP pulley and the belt on one edge gentley you can loosen the 10mm nuts on the psp pulley remove belt then remove the pulley itself. undo the pipes on the pump and let them drain into something under the vehicle now undo the four 10mm bolts on the psp mounting bracket. once off the vehicle you can replace the pump, becareful not to overtighten the new bolts. refitting is a reversal of removal but the 1omm psp puley bolts are loctited acording to the manual. Mo Murphy
Hmm, Some will recall that I had to grind the heads off of the pulley bolts on mine because I could not hold the pulley enough to undo the buggers - not really recommended as a fun activity Mo
