Need some smaller driving lights, whats on the market

Dear All,

I'm going through the processes of fitting my winch to the front of my discovery. However due to the nature of the winch with its solenoid and also the freespool selector I'm unable to retain my nice 8"inch Wipac driving lights due to the lack of space within the A bar on my discovery, so I am looking for some smaller driving lights.

I have found these Hella FF50 which look promising as I am looking around 4inches of so ideally to fit well. Does anyone else have any product recommendations on this or ways they kept their driving lights with fitting a winch to their discovery front.

All the best

Ryck

I have the ring rally giants and am very happy with tehm for the money. I did look at these at the time though:

If you are selling your 8" lights I might know someone who is interested. They'd have to be "cheap" though lol.

Yes there appears to be plenty of cheap ones about on ebay but how do they perform and will I be left wanting for the lack of my current 8" spots on the front.

@M&S aren't the Rally Giants around the same size as the 8" Wipacs or is there a smaller size that I haven't come accross yet? I'm not sure what I would do with mine, I feel that postage is going to stop them being sellable really so they'll probably go in the back of the shed for future use.

Ryck, yeah the giants are 7" but the ones in my link above are smaller, rectangular ones. I was going to get those to mount in the grill but decided against it.

Ring do a 5" round spotlight as well. Have a look at the Halfords link. I think that they are good value for money and haven't had any leakage/rust issues and they have had plenty of dunkings!
