JimDay
They let water in through the bottom corners of the screen where the body seams are no longer sealed up cos the sealer cracks after time letting the water in it then runs down the inner kick panel & under the carpet http://smg.photobucket.com/user/jimday/media/Disco%20Photos%201/141.jpg.html'> http://smg.photobucket.com/user/jimday/media/Disco%20Photos%201/142.jpg.html'> Easier to see with the dash facia removed
Discochris
Thanks for the pics I finally found where mine was leaking where the wiring comes throught the bulkhead on both sides (where the inner wheel arch touches the bulkhead ) But I have to take the screen out as it cracked so will be giving it a very good check
Nigelw
If you like a bit of a read, http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=79562'>THIS is my story, if only I had the welding to have contended with and not the rest, would have been lovelly and finished by now. Just keep working away at it, but one piece of advice is to check over all of the seams on the bulkhead, may be well worth a scrub with a wire brush and a liberal smear of an adhesive sealant along all the seams to give peace of mind, just from personal experience that little gem.
