Landowner
Cant find the reverse light switch on Disco 200tdi gearbox, put new springs on bottom of gearlever and had a look around but couldn't see a switch I was expecting it to be at the back of the gearstick but nothing
Phil Hancock
Left hand side at the rear of the gearstick is where it should be.

Not there, just the reverse spring mechanism, looks like I'll be taking the reverse lamp off then

Thanks for that, its definitely not there nor is there anywhere to screw one in. There is just a large thick screw head which I think secures the reverse spring loaded resistor. Must be something missing, I'll have to put up with it until I get the R380 in after Christmas. Less wiring to do anyway
western
on a R380 it's on the left hand side of the extension casing see item 6 in http://lrcat.com/#32/4/45736 the earlier link is for a LT77 gearbox.

You're right it is, I was going to rob the R380 one for the LT77 but couldn't find where to fit it
western
I'm not sure if the R380 switch will fit the LT77 box.
Landowner
I'm not sure if the R380 switch will fit the LT77 box. I'll leave it for now, swapping box after Christmas, don't need it for MOT in January so a little less to worry about
