TJN
Dont get me wrong I get upset when I see another defender nicked, BUT.... Why are owners happy to spend £1500 on new wheels and tyres and not add locking wheel nuts for £40. Or fit a pedal lock to the vehicle like the X-Eng one or the Shire Fabrication one for a cheaper option. Or for £120 get a tracker fitted that alerts you and or the Police. I have immobilisers, trackers, and pedal locks on both trucks and wonderful LR door locks! Even if you cant be bothered to buy or fit once bought any of these at a minimum pull the lead off the injector pump. Or as someone else has stated on here many moons ago park a new car behind it. Rant over and keep you vehicles protected. TJ
Big.Mike
ahhh to be allowed to spend £1500 on tyres and wheels. the first thing I did was to protect daisy, trouble is you don't know how effective these things are until they are exercised... miketomcat
Ours is locked via a bike disclock through jackable sill to a cable that's locked to the sankey that's locked to the 110 that has no rear axle. Simple isn't going to stop someone but may slow them down enough to go else where I hope. Mike
