gomotomoto
Hi, I have some corrosion in my (later) 2006 TD5 fuse box area and want to order all new relays and relay female connectors (Having trouble with the part numbers for both the relays and the connectors) Can anyone help provide part numbers for a little electrical overhaul project? Thanks!
western
relays here for vehicles 300tdi & onwards http://lrcat.com/#31/4/52885 the mounting blocks/terminals are part of the wiring loom, so you won't get new genuine LR ones from LR main dealer, a local auto electrics supplier would be the best place to go or http://www.autosparks.co.uk/index.php?cPath=95_771 or http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/relays/sockets.php

gomotomoto
that is kind of strange. I have the following marked relays under my drivers seat: Land Rover Ford Relay V23136B1X33 93BG14N089B1BI didn't see those in the links you sent, any idea what they are for? They are yellow with the above codes embossed on them.
western
LR buy in the relays they need, so often items will have other makers names on the, LR were once owned by Ford a few years ago after BMW sold LR, so a ford marked relay isn't a problem. western
any idea which one V23136B1X33 93BG14N089B1B translates to on that link (http://lrcat.com/#31/4/52885) ? any of the Yellow case relays they are all the same, some on this site too http://allegro.pl/listing/listing.php?string=68%20PRZEKAZNIK%20FORD%2093BG14N089B1B%20V23136-B1-X33&similar=1&order=xd&link=
gomotomoto
Thanks so much Western. Here's a photo of the relays under my drivers seat. There's two of the yellow ones & one black one. Can you tell me which part number is correct for the yellow one? The parts houses in the USA keep sending me the black relay (and I need the yellow one) Odd thing is that the black one also has shown up in yellow, but with the circutry of the black one. Very confusing, but I'm sure if I can find the part number for the pictured yellow one, it will sort me out. Appreciate the help.
gomotomoto
Here's a pic that shows one of the yellow relays with the wrong circutry inside of it (maybe this will help explain what is giving me fits). For some reason, I can't get the part houses to send me the one shown in the upper right of this photo. I think if I had the Land rover part number, I'll be good to go. western
Should be Land Rover part number -- YWB10027L http://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.php/95292/0/relay_yellow_def_rrc_disco there is a Black case nongenuine LR alternative at the bottom of the list just click the link. http://www.brit-car.co.uk/search.php?xSearch=RELAY+YELLOW both should work OK,
gomotomoto
hmm do you see the circuitry diagram on the top left? That one has 87,86,85,30 The top right one has 1,2,3,5 on it's diagram. Am I mistaken thinking these are different relays? When I put YWB10027L in the slot where the 1,2,3,5 relays are, the truck will not start. I have 3 brand new YWB10027L relays, so I know they are not all bad. Sorry for this hassle, just trying to understand what's going on in here Thanks for your patience with me. gomotomoto
thinking the other one is a YWB 000150

gomotomoto
yup, good detective work. when I google the 000150, I find a few images that have the same markings as the ones in my truck! Yes!!!!! Thank you Western. Here's the url that has the image of the schematic, same as mine... http://www.brookwell.co.uk/products/DEFENDER_%28NOT_NAS%29/all/2.5_DIESEL_NA/Body_Electrics/Relays/Relay_Yellow If you enlarge it, you can see the 1,2,3,5 marks. landypc
Dear gomotomoto, I found this some time ago. http://lrparts.ru/engl/ This can be used for all Land Rovers except series It takes a bit of getting used to especially if you want to look at other areas. Find your model year range on the left, click on it and make your way through the myriad of sections to locate what you want. Make sure you have your chassis number at hand and you should be able to find everything you need. Are the relays you want under the drivers seat or in the dash? landypc
