BogMonster
I don't know of a bulletin on the subject but it is correct to say that a cracking head could let diesel into the sump because the fuel rail is a machined cavity through the head. Anyone know what the designers had in mind to locate the big end bearings in the conrods to stop them spinning or moving sideways ? Bill. imspanners
If the injectors aren't seated properly or if one of the injector seals has split it will leak fuel into the oil system.
Dr Bob
If the injectors aren't seated properly or if one of the injector seals has split it will leak fuel into the oil system.
