Shackleton Posted January 2, 2015 Share Posted January 2, 2015 You can't get the whole unit out to get in behind it without taking the ash tray and coin tray out, so I'm afraid it's probably a case of forcing it. SOA 93 Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 I broke something trying to get the whole unit out as said above, once it was out I could see it had 2 tags at the bottom and 2 at the top, I struggled for a while before eventually breaking something, since seen it done with 2 credit cards, wish I'd known before, not sure where I saw it, You tube or tech archive something like that. cress Posted January 11, 2015 Author Share Posted January 11, 2015 Ok just for information, I managed to remove my jammed ash tray, here's how. Using a stubby flat screwdriver from underneath the fascia of the ash trayto release on the left and right side. The fascia hooks over the front top hence the removal of the clock. I then used a credit dard from the bottom front of the now exposed ashtray and just managed to move the locking pin. The ashtray imediately opened and the culprit revealed. A small piece of plastic, origin unknown jaming the unlock pin. Not a mega, serious job I know, just annoying. Cheers Iv Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
