Boydie
If you are only lifting it 2" you don't need special offset bushes in the front radius arms. I would advise you fit a longer rear brake flexible hose however, the fronts should be okay.
honitonhobbit
I run 245/75's I have 1" of lift on the front - with OE HD springs and damped with Raw 4x4 shocks (soon to be Bilstein B6) I was running OE HD springs on the back with 24mm of additional spacer (Gwyn Lewis) and the 25mm of the spring. I changed to OME 764 Medium's and 12mm of lift - so a total of 52mm of lift. However as the OME springs are better quality wire and thinner, they don't get coil bound quite as soon as the OE HD's. This has resulted in the need for a Camel Cut... I run zero offset 7x16 modular's
