BigMitch
Hi All, I have an ongoing problem with my 2004 landrover discovery. The air suspension keeps dropping when the car is parked for a couple of hours. When I start the engine again, it pumps up pretty quickly. I've taken it to a few garages and they have told me there is no air leaks evident. It seems to be the passenger side that the problem is with. Does anyone have any experience of this? And if so whats the problem? Thanks
sierrafery
I'd contradict all those who ruled out a leak and i bet on air bag leak though, replace both bags if they are older than 6 years.... or if you want to be 100% it's a leak leave it over night or those few hours with battery disconnected and if it drops this way too you have the answer cos the management is ruled out
bear
+1 on the bags. You can try spraying them with soappy water in both normal & off road mode to look for bubbles as another check. And to be doubley sure check for any leaks in the pipe work and valves. Griff
