Help! Mystery Engine Whine? 1987 Defender 90 2.5 N/A Diesel ExMOD

Hey Guys, hoping you all can help me solve this mystery whine! Here's a link to a vid of it:

It sounds exactly like a fan belt but I just replaced and tightened the fan belt. It only happens under load, while accelerating, and is directly related to the throttle.

neither can i haha. you got PAS? is it the pump whining? is it definately engine speed related? or may it be speed related? its a timing chain on those engines isnt it? because an overly tight timing belt can often whine
