mad_pete
All, Converted to an autobox and all good apart from hi lo lever in the wrong place on LT85 tunnel. Got a R380 tunnel from ebay and level is now in the right place. Everything else is now in the wrong place. So do I need a different front and rear tunnel flange and different floor panels to match up to the R380 tunnel? I see from other posts Keith Gott at one point did a conversion kit 200 Tdi to 300 Tdi conversion kit SBCK100 so I've emailed him about that. Anyone else any ideas on the other pieces. To a degree that explains why the front tunnel flange the floor panels and the seat boxes are blue on the once green land rover as I guess they came in with the LT85 conversion. But do I need to change them all out to go the other way ? I'm hoping not.
tacr2man
The Lt85 front diaphragm , tunnel and seatbase is different to the r380 , I had to go the otherway when fitting R380 to my 110 . A look at the parts book for NAS 90 might be answer
mickeyw
I bought the kit from Gott's, and it sorts out the rear end of the tunnel just fine. I thought (memory ain't perfect) that the front end lined up with the existing LT85 bulkhead diaphragm, otherwise I may have used the R380 diaphragm. There was definitely no metal surgery to do at the front.
mad_pete
Seems the conversion kit is end of sale. :-(
mad_pete
What is the kit from Keith Gott out of interest ? Would it be easy enough to facbricate it ?
