BLACK CAB
Can anybody measure across the flats of the viscous unit nut, so I buy the right size spanner. Any recommendations as to where to purchase the correct tool? Part Number of the viscous unit is ETC7238. Thanks Rod

Les Henson
The spanner needs to have a cranked end on it. I use a viscous fan spanner, which is the right shape and size at one end. About £7 from most motor factors. One of these:- Les.
BLACK CAB
Thanks KKK2/Les When I looked in Halfords there were several sizes of pump wrenches. I'll see if any are 32mm. Rod
