Get it wrong yes of course I do, we can all make mistakes but its how we rectify those mikstakes that makes a difference. What I don`t do is make false promises to make a sale.
Customer service is what makes a company, if you are given good service from a company you tell three or four of your friends, you get get bad service you tell everyone you can !!
Its my sons 18th tomorrow I bought him an item of the internet as well with the stipulation that it was delivered by Fri, Fri came no parcel I called the company that I purchased it from, they had made a genuine mistake, not only were they very apologetic for their mistake, they promised I would receive the parcel this morning, good to their word courier arrived at ten to nine this morning, Mistake made ! mistake rectified Great customer service !!
