  5. Just a quick update... I took the 2" spacers out & i got to say what a difference in driving. I still havent fitted the arms but i will get round to it. I have listed the spacers on ebay if anyone was interested. (160590874615). As mentioned previously on the terrafirma bigbore shocks, i am after some info ie: does it make the ride alot firma? corners better? etc Regards
  6. Cheers guys for your response. I will be stripping it out tomorrow.
  7. Hi guys, thanks for your reply's, Well from the response i have had, my plans now is to remove the 2 inch spacers and bring the motor back down. I will be running 265's and i don't think the 4 inch is needed. As previously mentioned I am changing the rear trailing arms and polybush as i go along. I do like the look of it being 4 inches higher but at the same time i would rather it was planted on the road and not being to rolley. If anyone would be interested in the 2 inch spacers same as (180425898691) then keep an eye on here when i have removed them (hopefully tomorrow). cheers again. Regards Matt.
  8. Hi guys, thanks for your reply's, The gear stick is not stiff to move it seems like as if i was in 1st or 2nd and trying to go over the left further, it just wouldn't go. That the same thing as i am getting but while in 3rd or 4th.
  9. Hi guys, I am after abit of advice on suspension. I have currently lifted the disco to +2 bearmach hd springs and pro comp +2 shocks(es9000 i think)and further 2inch on spring spacers. Now i have the problem of trying to keep it straight with out veering over the road. It seems to have a slight bounce on the rear end which made me think have the shocks gone. I have seen the Terrafirma Big Bore +2" rear shocks (220596921242) and wanted to know if anyone has used them or know anyone who has. Any other advice would be appreciated. I am currently about to change the trailing arms and poly bush as i go along. Regards Matt.
  10. Hi & thanks in advance for any information that can come my way to explain why I am having difficulty moving the gear stick across to either 1st or 2nd. Most of the times it's ok but often doesn't go across when you need to. I haven't got any current problems with the gearbox ie crunching. Any advice would be appreciated.

  13. Hi, I have been a little busy today fitting a boost gauge. I have attached my gauge to the back end of the inlet manifold & I am getting on full throttle about 16 psi which is about 1.1 bar. Is this the right sort of pressure to expect? I have turned the power screw on the pump, One full turn. Regards Matt.

  21. I have noticed that i have got fuel leaking from the lift pump. Does this mean it time to replace? or has the gasket gone? not to clued up on the fueling side of things. I have noticed a slight lack of power and more black smoke. mpg has gone out the window bearing in mind its leaking. any help would be appreciated. Regards Matt.
  22. In the manual for the discovery, landrover max wading depth was 300mm. I found my gearbox breather was a short length running along the top on the gearbox and the transfer was running up the bulk head.
  23. Hi, I noticed driving home yesterday that the disco started to vibrate at low speed, and now it clonking. (sounds as if the something on the wheel).
