NO, get your own.
I tried to measure them today 27" long is the longest so more that 20LB possibly?
Peter
must be a lake for fish that size
-
^^^ what he said, worth checking anyway.
-
I think i've found one but i can't find the thread!
might be here

remove the gaiters around the gearlevers & check the bias spring on the main lever, could be one of the spring legs has broken off or contact www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk for more advice.
-
Probably true, I personally wasn't going to buy one, I thought it would be of interest to all, as a option to the LR one.
-
Way too expensive for a lump of plastic and a few switches IMO. If you have that kind of money to waste spend on a piece of dash, I'd have thought you'd own a new one with it already fitted.
Buying a new 110 is in a far off dream somewhere, most likely never to happen, I like my 200Tdi too much.
-
I thought the price was on par with the genuine LR parts version, the switches are Carling as used by ARB for the compressor/lockers I'm sure the switches on their own aren't cheap, the price doesn't include post/packing from Canada, just thought it looked good & was a viable alternative to the gen LR one.
Si yours looks great

Saw this in LRE Aug 2006 issue on page 110 -ShopWindow, & thought you guys/girls would be interested
for all 90/110/130 upto 2002, similar to the genuine LR 2002 on Td5 part.
just converted the introductory price of 245usd to gbp with www.xe.com works out at
245.00 USD United States Dollars = 133.469 GBP United Kingdom Pounds
1 USD = 0.544771 GBP 1 GBP = 1.83563 USD = exchange rates.

just do a search for it. lazy

I've used a paper clip [small one] for adjusting the jet, but I agree a pin is better.

EPC shows M12 bolt with a locknut on the inner end.
-
just wind the stop in or out to prevent the opposite tyre fouling on the radius arm,
it's not a spacer but a stepped bolt,
there is no cutting needed.
for tyre size 7.50x16 set the stop bolt to 54mm from the face of the head to the insde [brake disc] side of the swivel housing,
any other tyres set to 51mm,
if swivel gaiters are fitted set to 56mm to avoid straining/ripping the gaiter material.
-
A straightened paper clip is useful too for unblocking & adjusting the jet, sounds like Si has got you sorted,
Welcome to LR4x4 too

Just use the thickest gasket, the one with no holes, I added a reply earlier this week with a list of protrusion ranges they cover.
info mentioned above
0 hole gasket is the thickest, then 3, 2, 1 as the thinnest
0 = 0.81 to 0.90 for 300Tdi only IIRC
3 = 0.71 to 0.80
2 = 0.61 to 0.70
1 = 0.50 to 0.60
all mm chose depending on piston crown protursion above the block face.

injector will only come undone if the top section is turned anti clockwise, just keep turning clockwise if this method is used.
-
As Tonk said & check/replace the lift pump.
-
Workshop manual says either use a open end spanner on the flats & rotate until injector is released or use a slidehammer.
-
No mention of splitting/refitting the exhaust manifold into it's 3 parts in the workshop manual, I'd use the exhaust paste to seal the joints.
-
I cannot find the following:
Lift pump seal ------------------- err2028 reuse the spacer block just clean off the old gaskets
Vacuum pump seal -------------gasket etc4616, top plate seal aeu2719
Core plugs-------------- if there OK leave well alone, most car shops will have stock of suitable sizes.
-
Could use one of these breather manifold
or
no connection with either seller, just thought they might give you a few idea's

I'd just say, top marks for having the guts to own up to the video & post a reasoned reply on here & for doing a clear up job when you finished playing, looks like the Jeep had a good send off.
