I have provisionally worked out 6 dates for next year, they avoid mothers day, fathers day, easter and the olympics for those of you who care!!! 18th March 2012 29th April 2012 27th May 2012 8th July 2012 2nd September 2012 14th October 2012 There will be a few changes next year but hopefully not many that will affect existing competitors. Sorry for the delay in the post, I have been sunning myself in Mexico!!! Anyway back now and round 6, the final round is fast approaching. Many of you who have been there before will agree that Coney Green is a very good site and worth the journey! It will be held on Sunday 23rd October and as always camping overnight on the Saturday night is welcome. I have got a catering van organised so you can have a nice hot breakfast Sunday am. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a mechanic/technician to join our team in our busy and varied workshops. Duties would include, servicing, mechanical repairs, upgrades and diagnostics to 4x4 vehicles. Land Rover experience is preferable but not essential. Hello all, Round 3 is coming up, June 5th at Slindon Safari, cafe on site so as usual spectators welcome. We have a couple of birthdays so the party gazebo will be making an appearance, but NO saturday night special stage Mr Whippy!!!! Although I could arrange some party games if you really want!!! As far as the roll cage regs go there is no change from last year, if you have a soft top you must either wear a crash helmet or fix a metal roof piece in. Simon from X-Eng came over today to bring the prizes that he, as sponsor is providing this round. We were also given another generous prize aswell by one of the competitors so the prizes this round are as follows: 1st prize in both classes - 2 tickets to the Truck racing at Donnington Park with entry to the Renault enclosure. 2nd prize in both classes - 1 pair of X-Eng Azimuth lights 3rd prize in both classes - X-Eng Wide Angled special adjustable A-frame ball joint.
