  1. I have to agree with the drone problem. As my 5 in exhaust on my dodge was horible until i installed a really good muffler. My head would hurt after long rides. It idd sound cool when i got on it though.
  2. yep. once I took it out it was fine. does this mean that I need to replace the CV joints or is it just because I was driving on pavement?
  3. Hello, I have not had the defender in diff lock in some time and the kids were playing around and pushed it in lock. I started her up and drove a bit and noticed a ticking noise like something is binding whenever I turned. anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? thanks for your time. BK
  4. what are you going to do with the 200TDI? I am looking to upgrade my 2.5NA and may be interested in buying your engine and related parts. it would help fund the conversion.....what shape is the engine in?
  5. I have seen them on ebay..... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161010073565?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
  6. back in the states I have 5" pipe on a cummins 6 cylinder. I monitor gas temps and when I installed the exhaust it dropped tons. 3 in should make a little difference in your EGT's improving performance as well.
  7. Pete still makes the conversions.....You just have to email him through Ebay and you have to pick them up or arrainge for shipping. I bought a set in January and used Shipley to get them to Italy...
  8. thanks for the link. I searched their site and think that I am just going to have to look for a similarly sized steel ballbearing from the hardware store. I will definitely keep the link for future use. thanks again. Brent
  9. I was replacing my door locks and lost two of the steel balls that go inside. Anyone know where I can get some replacements?
