  1. OOOps I see it now. But there is only 1 pipe from the vapouriser so easily changed if needed, Both mine are a single line feed I will stick with the blowback protector as it can blow the air filter, even more if K&N sponge type. Sometimes you will get a pop when running low on gas and mixure turns weak. I will agree that no emulators are needed for either 3.5 or 3.9 as the ECU is basic. there is no self diagnosis system like on the later P38 systems.
  2. Oh and you might want to fit a airflow meter blowback protector, you will find them @ tinleytech. more importantt on the 3.5 but might be worthwhile
  3. Yes you will need a new mixer ring as the 3.5 is different The flow is not split on a 3.5 EFI only the carb version The 'T' pieces are for the heater pipes. You will not need a new vapouriser as they are rated in power output not engine size more likely than not 200bhp just need retuning for your engine I would agree to use new copper pipes as It is brittle and could fracture on fitting Search tinleytech website for more info and prices for parts above I would buy it at that price but it is miles from me Steve
  4. Have a look through his other items and feedback. specially the comment on the no. plate he is selling and withdrawn feedback
  5. Wouldn't be deisel either so..... surely it should display the disco plates?? Its not like its ttax exempt or any other good reason. Also confused Steve
  6. I would think it better to take a bit more planning for fuel stops and carry an empty can. Petrol stinks and if it spills it will ruin everything it touches What is the range in miles for the P38?
  7. Sounds good but dont forget the mayonaise.... I had a 86k miler Fubar.... black cornflakes replacement engine 125k was sweet and still is I have driven a mates with 180k and that pulls like a train (3.9) Steve
  8. Now thats something you dont hear often
  9. 27 / 30 Nobody comes where I live for a holiday
  10. To fit properly they need shims rather than adapters as the centre hole is slightly larger. Stud patern is the same but might need new nuts?
  11. Only really worried when using 10mm + Suppose it depends on how much stress you are going to put into it and the method of bending. Personally if bent in a press I wouoldnt bother as its only 4mm
  12. Bit harsh on the tyres (Derbyshire humour) I welded a bit of 10mm round bar on a bit of 40x8 flat and curved it round a little to match the rim
  13. I ran 235 colways with no problems but mine has 2" sus +40mm body lifts When I had 245 BFG A/T's it looked like I had some dinky do-nuts for tyres so was hoping the arches wouldnt have the same effect Steve
  14. Thought they were guaranteed unbreakable Also looking @ arches as have fitted 265 insa specials and they will catch. Was thinking if they would look too small in these arches? Steve
  15. Bloomin' expensive from what i seen. Try local steelstock B)
