Keeper96
Hi all, my freelander 1 has failed it’s mot today, that mot also expires today but I can’t pick it up as I’m stuck in work, it’s failed on various lights out, which I knew about but had no bulbs at home, and the garage has now sorted and a rotten fuel tank strap which comes under the ‘major’ category I know that if the car meets minimum road worthiness I can drive to a retest or place of repair. does a place of repair have to be a registered garage or would driving back to my own garage count? bearing in mind this is the day after the mot expires thanks all
Eightpot
You are allowed to drive it directly home from an mot.
