WarPig
LR Defender 110 300tdi, BF Goodrich 265x75x16 on Boost Alloys My Defender has started to suffer from steering wheel judder between 40 - 50mph. I’ve had the front wheels balanced but it’s still the same. It’s driven fine for years until recently Any suggestions to what might be the cause please? reb78
Swivel preloads possibly. Panhard rod bushes maybe.
WarPig
Thanks reb78 Any rough idea what a typical garage might charge if its the above, including parts and fit?
paime
I'd say its a swivel pin issue as well. Certainly doable from a DIY perspective if you're keen.
