defender dinky
Hi all, is kick down cable the correct term for it, as I can't find anything in the haines for it, I need to know the correct way to adjust it, as the truck gets to 2000 revs then goes flat and struggles up hills, just trying things atm, its a range rover classic 3.5 v8 auto 1988/89, dd
Bowie69
There's normally a crimp on the cable, adjust the cable so there is ~3mm gap between it and the threaded outer sheath of the cable. This assuming it is on EFI. Carbs setup I know nothing about! I'm not certain that's your problem, however, but give it a try.
