selectcase Posted August 23, 2007 Share Posted August 23, 2007 You can use your series rad if you buy an aftermarket oil cooler(about £30 quid) . Use the top thermostat housing from your old 2.25 engine - it fits directly in place of the 200tdi one. you can then use a standard series top hose, on the bottom hose you ca use a combination of series hoses depending on if its a series 2a rad or a series 3 rad.
