Tonk
u could put spacers in but for that amount i'd make up some new props the right length
bill van snorkle
I have a slight problem with the propshaftwould i be able to put a spacer in between front is about 3cm back is about 3.2cm TWIZZLE Twiz, are the props fully extended in those photos? If so your spacers or preferably the propshafts will need to be a bit longer than your calculations. When the rear suspension droops or compresses the distance between the transfercase and rear diff will increase, and at the front when the suspension droops the distance will increase and when it compresses it will decrease. This is of course assuming you have leaf springs. Bill.
FridgeFreezer
Rather than making props, see if you can find a stock one that will fit. There's a partial list here.
Corrode Finger
Looking at the list, i think its gonna have to be a custom prop or two. We checked out Nays 110 to see what the props were, length wise and had the donor disco's to hand. Front one was about 720mm IIRC, seems that all are shorter on the list. (length may be out cos it was yesterday now)

There's a few between 800 and 1000mm on the list (you need to read down the thread, it's not all in the first post), I'd get out there with the tape measure and double-check. Corrode Finger
Saw the 890 RRC one, but thats going to be to long when the distance is about 720mm, esp for front. Thats why we looked at the 110, seemed logical at the time. Does anyone know where a custom prop can be made around Southampton area? Its all gone too well soo far, knew there would be a snag coming soon!
Tonk
propshaft clinic normally make them and deliver within a couple of days saunders in cadnam can definitely balance props and i'm fairly certain they will alter props to suit.
