Phil
I've bought a set of 255/85 16 BFG M/Ts on steel modular wheels for my 110 SW. Can anyone please advise what pressures I should use front and rear? Thanks, Phil.
western
I run mine @ Front 28psi & Rear 40psi [but have a fair bit of kit onboard] suggest 35psi in yours for better comfort, then increase to 45psi when towing or fully loaded. cosworth
28psi on the front - 48psi on the back
western
48psi in the rear is for full load & trailer attached use, as I said above 35 for a more comfortable ride.
Phil
Cosworth, thanks for your reply, 48psi does seem a bit high; I think I'll go for 28/35 as Ralph suggests - thanks for that, Ralph! Should have the wheels/tyres later this week, shan't get to fit them until next as I'm off to the Wales Rally GB on Friday - anyone else going, out of interest? Phil. 48psi in the rear is for full load & trailer attached use, as I said above 35 for a more comfortable ride.

Phil
Ralph, I think I know what you mean! I'm doing in-stage radio on Epynt and Trawscoed. I'm not on it again this year, the powers that be seems to have thier favourite units.
Escape
I ran mine on 40 psi front and rear for road use, with winch and usually stuff in the back.
Guest diesel_jim
Cosworth, thanks for your reply, 48psi does seem a bit high; I think I'll go for 28/35 as Ralph 48psi is the book pressure (For 7.50's)... gives good grip off road....
