LR90
OK, ever since I started looking at +2 suspension mods I started thinking +2 over what! And haven't really come up with a satisfactory answer yet as to what the stock ride height is of a coiler, So, anyone got any ideas or better still something definative? It occured to me this weekend while fiddling with the Disco and 90 that the panhard rod mountings might be a good reference point. Having looked at the two I assume (?) that the panhard rod mounting points should be horizontal when the vehicle is as design ride height. If this is the case then the difference in height between panhard rod to chassis mount and the rod to axle mount will be a pretty fair measure of how far the vehicle is away form std hieght. This is also easy to measure as you just need to compare the hieghts of chsssis mount and the unused LHD (on my RHD Disco and 90s) panhard rod mounting. Does this seem reasonable? Using this guide my Disco is stock (which is expected) and the 90 about 2 - 2 1/2" lifted.
