toger
The ECU for the D2 is under the bonnet in the area of the batery on my D!. I notice that it is now possible to buy an ECU extension lead to move the defender ECU. Does anyone kow if there is a lead to move the D"'s ECU as well please? BogMonster
It is basically the same ECU as a Td5 Defender (just some programming differences) so the plugs etc will be the same as the lead you have seen, if the Defender extension lead is not long enough I assume one end is male & one female so you could join a couple of them together? Or buy a D2 V8 then the ECU is in a nice warm snuggly place to start with just as well with the cost of the bluddy thing!

FridgeFreezer
It's wires - buy a reel of wire and a load of crimp terminals and you can stick it wherever you like If you want to be really swish use more than one colour of wire
